I'm a pure vegetarian. also I never eat egg, onion and garlic. I want to loose my weight and fat. What should avoid to eat and what should include? Is it possible to loose weight and fat with right food habits? or excersise is necessary?

Losing weight is a matter of eating fewer calories than you burn. (Now, if I could just actually do that, things would be great! ;) ) So, if you're eating 500 calories more per week than you burn, regardless of what it is, then you're going to gain a pound per week. For this, it doesn't matter whether you're carnivore, vegetarian, vegan, whatever. Exercise is good anyway, but it won't overcome eating too much. (As far as your question about losing fat, that I don't know the answer.) |
